If you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts presented within the first week of your project, you may request a full refund of your deposit.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving initial design concepts. This ensures we have the opportunity to address your concerns early in the website development process.
Once you have approved design concepts and website development has progressed beyond the initial design phase, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Services already rendered, including design work, development time, and consulting hours, are non-refundable as glozarinhlix has invested resources into your project.
Completed and launched websites are not eligible for refunds. We encourage thorough testing and review during the development phase before final approval.
All website development packages from Glozarinhlix include unlimited revisions during the development phase to ensure the final product meets your vision.
Major scope changes that significantly alter the original project agreement may require additional fees. We will discuss any scope changes with you before proceeding.
If you choose to cancel your website development project after work has begun, you will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date.
Cancellation billing is calculated based on hours worked, milestones completed, and resources allocated to your project by glozarinhlix.
The initial deposit may be applied to cover completed work. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 14 business days of cancellation.

We will review your request within 2 business days and respond with our decision and next steps for processing your refund if approved.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days and returned to the original payment method used for the deposit.
If technical issues arise with your website within 30 days of launch, glozarinhlix will address and fix these issues at no additional charge.
Our commitment to quality extends beyond launch. We provide post-launch support to ensure your website functions properly and meets your business needs.
Glozarinhlix reserves the right to update this Return Policy. Changes will be posted on glozarinhlix.world with an updated revision date.
Changes to this policy do not affect projects already in progress. Your project is governed by the Return Policy in effect when your agreement was signed.
